By downloading or using Morse Trail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Morse Trail is an educational app designed to help users learn Morse code. The app provides training exercises, reference materials, and practice tools for educational purposes only.
Morse Trail offers a one-time Pro upgrade (non-consumable in-app purchase). This is not a subscription. Once purchased, Pro features are available indefinitely on all devices signed in to the same Apple ID. No recurring charges apply.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Big Cycles does not handle payment information directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through the App Store. Big Cycles does not issue refunds independently.
Your use of Morse Trail is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the app. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. The app is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Morse Trail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Big Cycles does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Cycles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
